If you would like coaching, please let us know and we will respond with a scheduling link. We trust that if you find your coaching experience valuable, then you will schedule your next session at the close of your last, or soon after. We don't ask for a contracted number of sessions.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes but may be shorter or a bit longer as needed.

We recommend scheduling sessions weekly or bi-weekly. We use Google Meet.

Payment is due at the time of the session.

A session may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Missed sessions with no notice will be charged the full session fee.

schedule a 15-minute complimentary discovery call. In a discovery call, you and our coach, Lauren Cobb, get to ask questions of one another for clarification and understanding. It's low key - and no cost to you.
